• Life Spine Announces Expanded Indications for ARx SAI Spinal Fixation Syste (May 27, 2026)

  Life Spine, Inc., a medical device company that designs, develops, manufactures, and markets products for the surgical treatment of spinal disorders, announced today their 510k for ARx SAI (Sacral Alar Iliac) Spinal Fixation System was approved. ARx SAI has expanded its compatibility clearance and is now approved for use with compatible pedicle screws with 5.5mm or 6.0mm posterior rods made from either titanium alloys or cobalt chrome, including those from competitor systems.*

  Life Spine, Inc., a medical device company that designs, develops, manufactures, and markets products for the surgical treatment of spinal disorders, announced today that it has received U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 510(k) clearance for the VersaLift™ Expandable Interbody System, a Micro Invasive™ solution for TLIF and PLIF procedures featuring a low 6mm starting height.

  Designed to support minimally invasive surgical access, VersaLift offers one of the smallest starting heights available for a TLIF expandable interbody implant, beginning at just 6mm. Approved for 8, 10, and 12mm widths with up to 15° of lordotic correction, the system’s low-profile design is intended to facilitate insertion through constrained anatomy while minimizing tissue disruption and nerve retraction.

  VersaLift features controlled in-situ expansion designed to maintain implant length throughout deployment while supporting restoration of anatomic disc height and indirect decompression of neural elements. Streamlined instrumentation is designed to help surgeons efficiently achieve alignment and procedural goals while maintaining a simplified workflow.

• LIFE SPINE ANNOUNCES MR CONDITIONAL STATUS FOR PROLIFT EXPANDABLE SPACER SY (Oct 05, 2026)

  Huntley, IL, February 11th, 2026 –

  Life Spine, a medical device company that designs, develops, manufactures, and markets products for the surgical treatment of spinal disorders, announced today its ProLift^® expandable interbody portfolio has been evaluated and confirmed as MR Conditional in accordance with ASTM standards.

  The MR Conditional status includes ProLift, ProLift Micro, and ProLift Lateral, which are designed to support interbody fusion procedures across TLIF, PLIF, and LLIF. The MR Conditional designation means that patients implanted with these devices may safely undergo MRI scans under specific conditions as outlined in the product labeling.

  MRI safety designation is an important consideration in modern spine care, as postoperative imaging plays a key role in patient monitoring and long-term clinical management.
