  • Patented Mortise and Tenon Site Preparation:
    Our instrumentation pairs two drill bit sizes to create a square (QuadraCentric), 37 mm deep, elongated channel, 10 mm wide, allowing the TransFasten implant to cross the ilium, the sacroiliac joint, and into the sacrum, thus transfixing the sacroiliac joint.

    Captiva Spine’s TirboLOX titanium cervical and lumbar (TLIF/PLIF) interbody cages are created using advanced 3D printing technology. This is an additive manufacturing process that enabled TirboLOX implants to have unique surface features and structures not possible with traditional machining. Purposely designed to potentially promote a strong interface between metal and bone (biologic fixation) TirboLOX incorporates:
