Phantom LS Blade Holders specifically showcase how streamlined access has evolved by offsetting the Blade Holders from the Retractor Body opening the surgical field up for easier pedicle access.

Phantom LS Posterior Lumbar Surgical Access Systems include two retractor frames capable of facilitating micro as well as macro lumbar procedures using a broad range of shared Phantom LS Blades, T-Bars, and Hooks. The pre-packaged sterile Phantom Multi-Bite Kerrison Rongeur is available in lengths of 200 and 250mm and bite sizes of 2, 3, and 4mm. With a new sterile Kerrison for each procedure your cuts will always be sharp, and the ergonomic handle design promotes a comfortable grip to minimize fatigue, allowing users to keep on cutting. The high quality bone material, harvested in the Phantom Bone Collector can then be reintroduced to the patient for an autograft.

The Phantom Multi-Bite Kerrison Rongeurs achieve optimal cutting power by combining a thin footplate with a robust shearing mechanism. This innovative cutting geometry creates a precise cut and allows for continuous cutting without the need to twist and pull the instrument to complete a cut of bone.

The patented pivoting mechanism in this surgical access system increases exposure without enlarging the incision. Our lighting system delivers bright LED light through dual light ports for optimum visualization. All Hang 10 retractor blades are radiolucent and ideal for procedures using fluoroscopy.

The tubular retractor has revolutionized and changed the perspective of spinal surgery. It allows the surgeon to treat focal compressive and unstable lesions without disturbing the normal anatomy. Phantom ML™ Tubular Surgical Access System integrates this design concept and elevates the surgeon experience through color-coded tube selection approach, compatible, shadow-less cold LED illumination and articulating arm technology to fix access trajectory to the targeted disc or facet joint.

The MIS Tubular Access System is available in three different options: The Classic Flat-Bottom Tube Set (ML-2008), the Beveled Tube Set (ML-2018) and the more streamlined Essentials Set (ML-2007).

Beveled distal tubes configuration were thoughtfully designed to conform to the profile of the spine and provide maximum access through a smaller incision. Tube lengths range from 50mm to 120mm and feature four varieties of tube diameters to allow access to a range of spinal anatomy.
