Forécreu designs and manufactures cannulated bars with various types of steel and titanium from an extruded drawn and/or rolled process, for use in surgical tools and implants. Approved by all major OEMs in the industry, Forécreu has become a reference in the orthopedic, spine, trauma and sports medicine industries.
Our two production sites in France incorporate all processes: Engineering (product development, feasibility, R&D), Manufacturing (forging, rolling, induction heating, extrusion, cold and hot drawing, heat processing, and finishing), Quality Management System (Quality Assurance, Quality Controls: dimensional, ultrasonic, eddy current, tensile and metallurgical tests in our laboratory).
Forecreu America (Warehouse & Distribution) holds stock of about 200 SKUs to support our large US customer base in grades such as, but not limited to, Custom 455 & 465, 420 Mod, 17-4 PH, 316-LVM and Titanium Alloys. In most cases, we are the alternative to gun-drilling.
