Forécreu designs and manufactures cannulated bars with various types of steel and titanium from an extruded drawn process, for use in surgical tools and implants. Approved by all major OEMs in the industry, Forécreu has become a reference in the orthopedic, spine, trauma and sports medicine industries.
Our two production sites in France incorporate all processes: Engineering (product development, feasibility, R&D), Manufacturing (forging, rolling, induction heating, extrusion, cold and hot drawing, heat processing, and finishing), Quality Management System (Quality Assurance, Quality Controls: dimensional, ultrasonic, eddy current, tensile and metallurgical tests in our laboratory).
Forecreu America (Warehouse & Distribution) holds stock of about 200 SKUs to support our large US customer base in grades such as, but not limited to, Custom 455 & 465, 420 Mod, 17-4 PH, 316-LVM and Titanium Alloys. In most cases, we are the alternative to gun-drilling.
