  • The TruView Lateral Access System is a minimally invasive retractor featuring a compact retractor body with radiolucent Carbon Fiber PEEK construction and Aluminum retractor blades for industry leading radiolucency. The Innovasis TruView Lateral Access System features the LxHA implant for Lateral Lumbar Interbody Fusion.   • The AxHA implant consists of a titanium faceplate with an Invibio® PEEK-OPTIMA® HA Enhanced body. HA enhanced PEEK is integrated with osteoconductive hydroxyapatite (HA). The implant is available in multiple size options to facilitate a more precise anatomical fit. The implants have a tapered leading edge which aids in implant insertion due to limited anatomical space, and features a bi-convex profile to match the anatomy and anti-migration features to ensure implant stability during the fusion process. The large graft cavity provides increased volume for autograft loading.

  • The AxTiHA Implants are available in multiple size options to facilitate a more precise anatomical fit. The implants have a tapered leading edge which aids in implant insertion due to limited anatomical space and feature a bi-convex profile to match the anatomy and anti-migration features to ensure implant stability during the fusion process. The large graft cavity and open geometric Tetracell® Technology structure provide increased volume for autograft loading and bone through growth.

    Made from 3D printed Titanium (6Al-4V ELI). The design leverages 3D printing technology to provide:

    • Large inner volume for graft material. Up to 41% more graft volume than a traditional implant.

    • Proprietary TetraCell® open-cellular 3D matrix titanium interbody with approximately 70% porosity. [1]

    • Micro-textured surface geometry. Roughened titanium surfaces have been shown to demonstrate increased protein expression in contrast to smooth titanium surfaces. [2] [3]

    • Large endplate contact surface area to distribute compressive loads.

    • TetraCell® structure reduces the radiographic signature.

    • All surfaces have a 20nm thin layer of hydroxyapatite.
